Here are the latest updates on this year's rehearsals for Hexham Abbey Festival Chorus. All rehearsals take place in Corbridge Middle School unless otherwise stated.
Rehearsals start at 7:30pm prompt with a warm-up but you are advised to arrive rather sooner than this, especially for the first one, when you may have to pick up your music, unless you have your own copies. Rehearsals finish at 9:30pm.
The rehearsals are expected to be as follows:
May - 14th, 21st
June - 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
AGM - This is scheduled for June 4th in Corbridge Middle School.
Note that the school may not be available for a rehearsal at some point when we will have an alternative venue. If required this will be updated.
July - 2nd, 9th, 16th
Sometimes we cannot park in the school grounds as they have an event going on. Please park in the new parking area at the top of Cow Lane and walk back down. Below is a map showing what you need to do.
September - 3rd, 10th, 17th, 22nd
Note the last one listed (22nd September) is a Tuesday. On Thursday 24th there is another Hexham Abbey Festival concert to which you may wish to come.

Directions to Corbridge Middle School
Corbridge Middle School is close to the A68 junction off the A69 and there is plenty of parking on-site. Early arrivals can park at the front of the school but, if this is full, take the lane to the left and drive round to the back of the school. Alternatively you can turn left just before the school gates, drive up Cow Lane and park in the parking area where the new houses have been built.
If you do park here, please do not attempt to drive over the grid or you will certainly damage it.
